Cash, check, or money order only. Books purchased directly from the publisher may be returned for credit (less shipping) or refund. Books must be returned postpaid within 30 days of order date, and must be received in "as new" condition.

Shipping Information

• U.S. and Canada: 1 book: $5.50. Add $1.00 for each additional book. Books will be shipped via U.S. priority mail (single or two-copy orders). Larger orders will be shipped via media mail or via another carrier
• Foreign Orders: 1 book: $6.50. Add $3.00 for each additional book. Books will be shipped via surface mail.
