The Live Oak Press®, LLC books can be ordered online from this site using all major credit cards (we use the secure services of PayPal to process all orders). Terms & Conditions

Cash, check, or money order only. Books purchased directly from the publisher may be returned for credit (less shipping) or refund. Books must be received by The Live Oak Press® LLC postpaid within 30 days of order date, and must be received in “as new” condition (shipper assumes risk of damage in return transit). The Live Oak Press®, LLC does not control the PayPal service, and cannot assume liability for credit card information transmitted over the Internet.

Shipping Information (for books ordered via mail)

U.S. and Canada: 1 book: $4.50. Add $2.00 for each additional book. Books will be shipped via US Priority Mail (single or two-copy orders). Larger orders will be shipped via media mail or other carrier

Foreign Orders: 1 book: $11.00. Add $5.00 for each additional book. Books will be shipped via surface mail.

Sales Tax (for books ordered via mail)

California residents must add 8.25% sales tax.
